How kind and thorough the complex is with everything I've experienced with the application process, moving in, and maintenance. The amenities that I have experienced are wonderful and I have nothing but nice to say about everyone who works here.

I have had nothing but a great experience living here at TurtleCreek! The office staff is great to work with, they are so kind and on top of everything. Maintenance seems to have a lot of experience and are quick at completing work orders. Not to mention the beautiful grounds & all there is to do in the area. I would recommend TurtleCreek to anyone in the West DSM area!

I have to say I've lived here almost 2 years and have only received the greatest experience with the girls inside the office at any time. And twice my heat went out and the maintenance man was right at that door.

I decided to rent after owning a condo for 25 years and I am extremely pleased with making the decision to move into Turtle Creek. I love the layout of the living area, which is about the same of my condo, but all on 1 floor. The management office is exceptional. They are always very friendly, helpful and professional. I can not say enough about the maintenance. I have had 2 occasions in which I needed to have something repaired and they were there the same day and he made sure that everything was satisfactory before he left. Being a homeowner, living in an apartment complex made me a little nervous but I couldn't be happier with making this choice. They follow all of the Covid guidelines, the people living here are friendly, with smiles and waving since we cannot really get to know anyone because of the virus. For animal lovers, this is a wonderful place to live. If you are looking to move to an apartment complex, I highly recommend checking out Turtle Creek!!

This complex is exceptional in amenities and service. The apartments are VERY nice with up to date appliances and washer and dryer that are efficient and quiet. Pet friendly complex. The hallways are wide and cleaned regularly. You do somewhat hear neighbors above you but never beside or across from you. Office staff are knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Maintenance staff are skilled and very clean. Parking is generous, attached or detached garages an option. Truly an elevated living experience close to what makes everyday life enjoyable.
